| Return Policy
Returns are cheerfully accepted within 10 days of delivery.
Merchandise must be returned in original condition i.e. unworn and unused with ALL tags attached and in its original box. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Buloshoes will refund the purchase price of returned item(s) to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Buloshoes does not refund shipping charges.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of our receiving the return. You will be notified by e-mail when the transaction has taken place. Any returns that fail to meet the above requirements will not be credited.
Return Procedure
STEP 1- Pack the merchandise to be returned using the original box/packaging. STEP 2- Include the original receipt or a copy and indicate the reason for return.
STEP 3- Send the package to Buloshoes. You can call 1-800-pick-UPS (800-742-5877) or Federal Express to schedule a pick up for your package.
Exchange
We do not exchange items. If you need a style in a different size or color, you must return the ordered item and purchase the correct one.Items On Sale or Close-Out
Items on sale or close-out are returnable for store credit only.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm PST usually ship within 2-3 business days pending availability of product and credit verification. All orders placed after 1pm will begin processing on the next business day.
Business days are Mon-Fri excluding public holidays.
Please allow 3-7 business days shipping UPS west coast ground, and 7-9 business days shipping east coast ground.
